Recommended intake:
For a structured course, take 3 x 10 drops daily for 4 to 12 weeks. If continued use is required, reduce the dosage to 2 to 3 x 7 drops daily for 3 to 6 months, followed by a 3- to 4-week break.
In acute situations of stress, the essence allows for a quick response with 3 to 5 drops every 15 to 30 minutes.
Take the drops sublingually, either pure or with water – ideally before meals or 30 minutes after for optimal absorption.
