Magnesium is an essential mineral found in almost all body cells that regulates numerous physiological processes. The mineral plays a central role in muscle contraction, signal transmission between nerve and muscle cells, and energy metabolism. Since the organism cannot synthesize magnesium on its own and has only limited storage capacity, regular intake is necessary. Intensive physical activity significantly increases the need for magnesium, as muscles, the nervous system, and energy production are under increased demand. These tablets combine magnesium with vitamins B12, C, and E for comprehensive support.
