Hildegard Braukmann Solution 24h Optimum Cream is a targeted treatment for sensitive and allergy-prone skin. With skin-like membrane lipids, beta-glucan, and active extracts of chlorella algae and sea fennel, the cream supports the skin's natural protective function, reduces sensitivity, and noticeably increases moisture content and well-being – all without fragrances or emulsifiers.
