KELO-COTE ^® Silicone Caesarean Scar Patches are specially designed for Caesarean scars to reduce the appearance of raised scars.

KELO- ^COTE® Silicone Cesarean Section Scar Patches protect the scar and increase skin hydration. They provide an optimal healing environment by moisturizing and protecting the scar area and normalizing collagen production, thus improving the appearance of raised scars.

Through KELO- ^COTE® Silicone Cesarean Section Scar Patches are proven to flatten, soften, and smooth scars. They relieve scar-related discomfort and itching and reduce skin discoloration.

KELO- ^COTE® Silicone Cesarean Section Scar Patches can be used alternately with KELO-COTE® Scar Gel and Spray. The application can be done on a day/night basis, for example. However, silicone scar patches, gels, and spray should not be used simultaneously (on top of each other/in multiple layers).

Areas of application:
KELO-COTE® Silicone scar plaster Caesarean section is intended for the prevention and treatment of fresh scars, including hypertrophic scars and keloids, after Caesarean section, general surgical procedures, after aesthetic procedures, in case of injuries, wounds and burns.

KELO-COTE® Silicone scar plaster Caesarean section is also suitable for use on sensitive skin.

Application:
For best results, you should start treatment once the wound has closed and the scab has fallen off or the stitches have been removed.

The KELO-COTE ^® silicone scar plaster for cesarean sections must completely cover the scar – if necessary, it can be cut to the correct size and secured with an adhesive or elastic bandage.

First, thoroughly cleanse and dry the skin. Remove the protective film from the back of the KELO- ^COTE® Silicone Cesarean Section Scar Patch and apply the patch to the scar.

For the best possible result, the KELO-COTE ^® silicone scar plasters for cesarean sections should be worn for at least 12 to a maximum of 23 hours per day.

Clean the scar patch daily before reusing it. Each pack is sufficient for approximately 3 weeks of treatment.

The KELO-COTE ^® silicone scar plasters for cesarean sections should be temporarily removed when exercising or swimming: sweat or contact with water can cause the scar plasters to peel off.

Recommended treatment duration:
At least 2-3 months. For very large and older scars, longer treatment may be necessary.
