Orthomol Sport recover Powder Chocolate is a food supplement for athletically active individuals for targeted replenishment after intense sports and endurance sessions. The product name "recover" refers to the recovery and regeneration phase after exercise. The combination of high-quality protein, the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine, and carbohydrates complements nutrition after sports. Additionally, the powder contains vitamin C and zinc.

The proteins contained contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, while zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism and normal immune system function. One 50 g serving provides 16 g of protein and 25 g of carbohydrates. The chocolate-flavored powder is prepared with water or milk to make a protein shake and is suitable for consumption after physical activity.

Recommended intake:
Mix 50 g of powder (= 1 serving) in approx. 350 ml of milk or still water and consume shortly after physical activity. Mix well before consumption. The recommended daily intake is 1 serving. Consume the product promptly after preparation.
