Schaebens Melatonin Instant Spray promotes natural sleep thanks to hops, effectively calming and relaxing the body. Its refreshing mint flavor allows for quick and easy use right before bedtime.

Application:
Spray directly into the mouth 1-2 times before bedtime. For faster sleep onset, take 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. For jet lag, use at least 0.5 mg of melatonin before bedtime on the first day of travel and the first few days at your destination.
