Alpensegen Wormwood Herbal Essence
Alpensegen Wormwood Herbal Essence is a traditional herbal preparation made according to a proven alpine recipe. The focus is on the aromatic wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), known for its characteristically tart taste and its long history of use in European herbalism.
Carefully selected alpine herbs give this essence its strong, harmonious aroma. A gentle extraction process ensures that the natural bitter substances and essential oils are optimally preserved. The result is an intensely fragrant herbal essence with an authentic, natural character.
Please note:
Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Recommended intake:
For a structured course, take 3 x 10 drops daily for 4 to 12 weeks. If continued need exists, reduce the dosage to 2 to 3 x 7 drops daily for 3 to 6 months, followed by a 3 to 4-week break.
In acute stressful situations, the essence allows for a quick reaction by taking 3 to 5 drops every 15 to 30 minutes.
Take the drops pure sublingually or with water – ideally before meals or 30 minutes after for optimal absorption.
