Doppelherz aktiv Aktiv-Meno is a specially formulated nutrient combination for women during and after menopause. The tablets contain soy isoflavones, a plant-based active ingredient with a long tradition in Asian diets, combined with 500 mg of calcium and vitamin D to support bone health. The supplement is complemented by hyaluronic acid, B vitamins, and folic acid, which contribute to normal energy metabolism, hormonal activity, and cell function.
