Directions: The recommended dose is 1 sachet once daily (1 sachet = 2 g). Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 1/8 l of lukewarm water. Wait 1 minute for activation, stir, and drink. MULTIflora Darmmanager is best taken on an empty stomach, i.e., before breakfast or in the evening shortly before bedtime. MULTIflora Darmmanager is intended for adults and children 1 year and older. Due to their immature intestinal flora, the recommended dose for children between 1 and 3 years is 1 sachet spread over 2 days.
