Application:
After breastfeeding, apply a generous amount of the balm to the nipples and areola and massage in gently. If needed, the balm can be reapplied after each nursing session. It does not need to be washed off before the next breastfeeding session. For particularly stressed skin, the balm can also be applied between feedings.
