The Exfoliac® concept addresses this directly: The combination of phytosphingosines and vitamin B3 (niacinamide) supports the skin in regaining its balance. It contributes to regulating sebum production, helps reduce redness and blemishes, and strengthens the skin barrier.

In addition, the cream contains a light tint that visually conceals blemishes and ensures a more even complexion. Micro-sponges absorb excess sebum and give the skin a matted, well-cared-for finish.
