For the relief of pain, tension, and cramping in the lumbar and hip area. The integrated heat pads warm up automatically upon contact with oxygen and provide up to 8 hours of continuous deep heat. The pain-relieving effect can last for up to 16 hours in total.*

The elastic material ensures a good fit and allows for freedom of movement during use.

Instructions for use:
Open the sachet by hand (do not cut) and remove the heat pad. Place one pad into each designated pocket of the belt – with the printed side facing the body.

Place the belt around the lumbar or hip area and secure it with the Velcro fastener. Remove the pads after use; the belt is reusable.

The pads heat up upon contact with air and reach their maximum temperature after approx. 30 minutes. Therefore, only open the sachet immediately before use.
