3M Tegaderm Foam Adhesive is a thin, highly absorbent foam dressing with a superabsorbent fleece and moisture-regulating layer for low to high exudate wounds. Its exceptionally thin adhesive border and patented spoke application system allow for precise, one-handed application, even in difficult-to-reach areas.

As a primary or secondary dressing*, for superficial to deep wounds with low to high exudate levels:

• Leg ulcers of various origins, e.g., venous, arterial, mixed.
• Pressure ulcers
• Diabetic foot syndrome
• Lacerations and abrasions
• Neuropathic ulcers
• Under compression therapy

* For the treatment of deep wounds in combination with a suitable wound filler.
